Final Plan of Conservation and Development
- Effective
The Final Plan is effective as of March 17, 2008. It can be downloaded
in two sections.
Final Master Plan Errata
- Chapter 5: Historic and Cultural Resources, page 64: There
should be a subheading titled "Festivals" above the section
of text discussing the Barnum Festival.
- Chapter 11: Neighborhoods, page 150: The textual description
of the Hollow neighborhood incorrectly states that the neighborhood
has no land area devoted to parks or open space. Hollow has one park,
Lafayette (Nanny Goat) Park, which comprises 0.5% of its total land
area.
Draft Plan of Conservation and Development
- Revised
The Draft Plan has been revised January 16, 2008. It can be downloaded
in two sections.
Also available is the Draft Public Comment Worksheet used by the Planning
and Zoning Commission at their January 16, 2008, meeting to approve
or disapprove the proposed revisions to the plan.
